Each market have his rules.
An option like "Never Buy Over" with the same value can't work (good) on 2 different markets.
possible but a rare use case for limited amount of people
not worth to code it i understand

Actually i don't have any plan about this function.
It's more probably an arbitrage function between exchanges

Hi, because of different api prices the only thing i can do is set a fixed price for core (0.6) and a fixed price for each API.
So, CAT + Bittrex is 0.85
I Usually apply discounts for multi-api purchase.
