Yea as you said for the female thing, ethereum address in 2 location and posts filled with garbage.
I reported a couple of posts from these accounts and then started looking into their post history. It's obvious there is an issue here but the posts may appear passible in some instances. I believe these are bots searching for keywords and posting snippets of relevant articles (sometimes incomplete) that may or may not make sense or have contextual relevance to the discussion.
