Are we worth it to choose a bounty? if you are a good bounty hunter then you hsould know the answer.
And only a resourceful and smart hunter know that bounty still worth it, because they just dont look at the prize!
They dont look on the name of the project or its fame. They look for the inner of it, the future of this and the capability to be a successful.

I do bounty hunting and I also buy ICOs as well. I think bounties are not as lucrative as before mainly because of the bear market and several failed token sales. But that is not enough reason to give up on bounty campaigns. In crypto, you just never know when your next campaign with hit it big time.
You can't just go with your luck and work a few hours a day for a bounty campaign just to find out at the end that you worked for a scam project and all the time you put it was for nothing. You should first take a look at all bounties existing and choose the one that had the highest chances of being successful. Then you complete and work and hope at the end all the time spent will eventually be paid.
yes bounty hunters also take part in this field, we do this work for them but they don't really care about the work we have done, and investors seem reluctant to invest in ico because the market is bad, they prefer to switch to trading.
While I can not say that now is the very time which probably would be really profitable. But now people began to receive much less, and probably all they stopped to get something for the work of bounty. Therefore, it is a dying sector.
Lots are losing hope for bounties now a days since most of the coins are nit performing well when it listed to market and its hard also to scrutinize every ico coins to check where is a good to join in bounty but i keep joining once in a while and just keep my earned coins hoping that when market become bullish it can recover its price. I say yes, there are some of the good legit bounties are still come and give you the perfect income for your work so I think you can also make money like this if you are invested very low for balancing your income you can do this type of work also.

yes of course bounties are still worth it because you do your work regular with full faith and patience and have profit in the right time but dont gap in the work otherwise you have very much loos in this work.

so I don't think this discussion will find a meeting point in the answer. I myself think that the time for the bounty can end at any time, especially the current situation. almost all of the projects fell in after the exchange, this is also very detrimental to many investors, of course not blamed because bounty hunters sell it. this is possible because the team and developers cannot carry out what is their project's vision and mission
