Admin, please consider my request about WePower Content Creation bounty campaign.
My article in the spreadsheet with the status: "No value content right before ICO start or after end". As a result, it was not counted.
The fact is that the spreadsheet indicates the time of filling in the registration form for participants and not the actual time of publication of the article.
Actually I sent the article to the admin of the portal cryptoinfo.top where he published it on January 31, the day before the start of the ICO. At that time, I could not fill out the registration form because I did not have access to the Internet. The next day, when I had access to the Internet - I registered. I also posted an article on steemit.com, but it was already late, I agree with this.

I have the impression that they wanted free advertising and promotion of the project! They didn't pay almost anyone:
