The rules do not describe the 3 state, but it does exist - if you were active, but not enough to match state 1. It's my fault, do not specify it in the rules. Participant under the number 97 weekly showed activity in the chat. However, according to the rules, to get 1 stake per week, the participant must be active 3 times at the week. This member has not been active 3 times, he has been once or twice, or more, or more, but his activity was manifested in monotonous messages like "hi" or the simplest questions, so he has 0.5 stakes per week. For the fact that you joined the chat, you will get a reward only once = 0.5 stakes, as in your case.

The rules say that you will receive 1 stake per week, if you were active 3 times. But if you just join, you only get 0.5 stakes. Not per week, just 0.5.
