You just need to finish the required 50 post before the ICO finish . If you can't do it you will not get paid for all the weeks you joined and if you'll make it you will get paid depend on your stake. It's not really important when you will finish the 50 post as long as your not making spam post and finish it in time.

Must be very important because are only 14 days that remain. First because you will have less stakes than the others who have began before you and as such will earn less. And second because do 50 posts (that is important) within two weeks is far more hard that the others that have more weeks than you in the campaign.
