No, i think you dont need add custom token because i've try withdraw from TVE without i set first the token HMQ it will credited automatically in myetherwallet, of course if we send to correct address. But you can try yourself if you think you must add custom token.

Yes,looks like a lot of people got missed out of their bounty due to insufficient gas amount,I hope the dev will send to all the ones who were left off by mistake.

Good decision mate, I wil not sell my HMQ below 10K sats, I was not able to participate in the campaign
