You're right - this issue was caused by the fact your wallet had a non-zero balance of tokens, which caused the automated process's safety check to trigger and so the tokens were not sent.

In short, it seems that a safety measure with our distribution software was triggered and the transaction was therefore not sent successfully, but that's no problem - we will include you in the next batch.
