In Bitjob the job provider will provide his job to the students by seeing two things one which is lowest bid and second will be a good ratings. good rating shows the reputation of the student and the lowest bid make become for the lowest pay wages to that student.

Then students have to bid on that project if they are able to complete that project in the given time frame and the person will give the job to the student with the lowest bid.

All that start good will end good. Its not that bad. I have participated in the ICO WINGS before where it took some time to launch successfully after all. ANd they are now kicking alive and very useful in many ICOs project. Hold on bounty hunters you can join other bounties if you wish but believe in what you are joining in. Good luck!
