does the bitpaction market project not listen to the complaints of the bounty hunters members?
why we are ignored, we have tried to expand this network, and the fact that until now we do not get our results in accordance with the agreement,
what is your response about this?

you can't accept being cheated, otherwise you will always accept. Wink

What bothers is that they don't treat what we do as work, as if we were just boys wanting to get some money to buy the last console game or to spend with our girlfriend, i don't know. Like ivan376 above, many here support their families through bounties or aidrops, whatever ...

I do it as work, I often get up all night working. I try to be as professional as I can and they should be too!

You are able to stay calm and clear when undergoing injustice. Very recommendable.

I tend to get sad and angry.

My official statement about the issue of Bitpaction Exchange.

~snip~
yes, with the statement you gave me, I think all bounty hunter will understand that the obscurity is on the bitpaction team. all those who participate in this bounty may be disappointed by the inconsistency of the bitpaction team by reducing the allocation of bounty.it's really bad company if we look at the bitpaction project is a exchanger. it is a consequence if bounty hunter sell their tokens, allocates fixed is must fix allocations, and there should be no reductions.

Would you really pay us? Two weeks have passed and no one receives any bounty payment... We've done what we supposed to be done, I hope you also did what yours.

My official statement about the issue of Bitpaction Exchange.

The whole time I ran their campaign, we (me and the bitpaction team) have an agreement about how many tokens should be allocated to the bounty pool.
Since the bounties will be directly paid to the participant's accounts on their respective exchange, no escrow is needed since it can't be done.

The campaign runs smoothly over a couple of weeks.
I get paid every week with gives me confidence on them, thinking they would fulfill their promise about the bounty pool.

But when Week 7 is almost ending, the Bitpaction team suddenly decided to end the bounty campaign and asked my to finalized the spreadsheet and get it ready for the proposed distribution.
I finalized the spreadsheet, used the agreed bounty pool which is 1,000,000 BPS. Then, I submitted the finalized spreadsheet to the team.
But, when they viewed the rewards per participants, they thought these calculations isn't really viable since they think each participant is getting a lot by doing just small tasks.
That's when the team decided to reduce the bounty pool.

The way I see it, the team is just afraid that the bounty hunters would dump all their BPS tokens especially that the token itself already has a value and it would dilute the value of it when the dumps starts.

As the Bounty Campaign Manager; I am deeply saddened by this changes and unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about it.
The entire bounty pool is in the hands of the Bitpaction Team, it's their tokens, it's their exchange, the final decision about the entire bounty campaign is up to them.
I'm only paid to manage their bounty campaign, post updates on their ann, which I think I fairly did with all my might.

Sorry guys, but there's nothing I can do about this.
we do not blame you, you are just the best bounty maneger I know, this is very disappointing for bounty participants but regardless of the result we must accept, hopefully BPS can reach $ 5 / bps for the future

any updates on distribution of bounty?

That's okay as long as we will be given the rewards. And let us support the project. Let us think of what we can contribute for the success of the exchange site and for the project itself.

I do not blame you on the issue of reducing the number of tokens provided to all participants, although this is a decision of their team that you can not deny and of course you and all participants must accept this decision, at least you have done well for all your campaign participants , and I really hope there are no more problems like this in all the campaigns you are holding.

the spreadsheet has changed again, whether this is official with the correct amount value, this is a policy that deserves to be respected

Why? Translation bounty now presents 3,63 % of the entire pool although they have promised 20%. Is it "respectful" to cheat workers? I wouldn't touch my keyboard - let alone lose hours and days - for them if they were "respectful" enough to tell us the terms in front, but they "respectfully" did something to our mothers and time Smiley Respectfulness is something completely other, mate Smiley

thank you first.

Second, about Bitpaction. They have too many options for be fair with us and don't kill own exchange. They can divide tokens for parts, or release tokens for bountyhunters with delay of some weeks, like FB one week, next week TW, third week Signatures...

Hope they find some solution for us

For me, I'm okay if how much they will pay. Thanks in advance Smiley my 8-month boy would be smilling for it for sure! Milkmilk!

I have children too and I know how it is, somehow being able to guarantee their food is wonderful. But it doesn't change the fact that they lied to us, what they are doing is wrong. They could have reduced 50% and not nearly 90% as they did. And no matter how great it may be to feed our family, you can't accept being cheated, otherwise you will always accept. Wink
