I cannot answer you directly because I'm not into bounty campaigns, but here's my thoughts. Maybe the project is not giving out the bounty because of (1) legal actions, meaning they're very careful specially campaign participants who is on a restricted nation (2) they're afraid that giving out tokens will mean a huge dump on their tokens, rendering it useless (3) not yet on a trading platform (4) scam projects.

I'm not sure about the roadmap though excuse though, because I'm sure that along the line their token distribution is in their roadmap so they should have airdrop everything specially if its scheduled.

I've also waiting for my reward of my last bounty job, i've never expect that it will be good because of today's market situation but hopefully that I received that and it will add to my holdings.

I have a huge backlog of Bounties in my pending folder. They are reluctant to release coins in a bear market because they think it will negatively affect prices. The truth is that their failure to keep their promises have destroyed trust. If they had paid on time I would have made a determination about holding the coin based on what I thought future prospects would be. Now since they have destroyed my trust I will be looking to liquidate at the best possible price knowing their delay will have killed any future they may have had.

Yes, it can happen. Because project owners can't release their tokens and list on exchange with the market condition. The project's owners can't give a good return on investment to investors. With the market conditions, most ICOs and token generation events are extended. If you receive some tokens, I believe those tokens are not profitable. Because no one going to buy new tokens for high value from exchanges with this market condition. The market has to recover as soon as possible.

I have finished 5 bounty campaigns, almost 6 months, I only get token from two bounty. One is Zeex but it is not listed on any exchange. The rest is SOOM but the value is too small for what I spend

Some of the bounty campaigns I'm in will finish end of this year and early next year I have one finish but it will be distributed one month after token listing, the bounty manager should announce date or the exact scenario when they will distribute rewards for Bounty hunters failure to do so means they are thinking not to pay bounty hunters.

Me too I am waiting to receive many payments from many bounty campaigns... I think that many unfortunately will not pay and other ones will pay months later, when probably token prices will be lower too... it's a very bad moment not only for ICO but also for bounty hunters... Sad

All we hear now is that bounties are postponed along with payments. That is why it is important now more than ever to only join good campaigns rather than waste time on shitcoin bounties with no product and no future. Ethershift is a good project with a good team so hoping for the best with this one

They are following the road map?

They never told you on how will the distribution would go? this should be an issue that will address by the manager to the team of that project. If you'll wait for that I guess it will take for about 3-6 months depending on how they are quick filling their road map.

Participating in bounty campaign is very helpful in terms of income and money. Everyday there are new bounty campaign that release but not all bounty campaign has succeed in their platform or project or simply to say failed project. I always join bounty campaign even it takes time I know I can earn income through participating.

Some bounties will indeed pay bounty participants after the project development and in my opinion it is better if market is currently experiencing price declines, even though you get tokens now but team not putting in exchange is same because you also have to wait so the product they are finished which will make the price of the token expensive when it has been distributed to bounty participants.

on my case, I still haven't received any rewards... some dissapear, others postpone the ico indefinitely, others prolong the bounty indefinitely, suddenly decide that kyc is necessary, etc...
I think that from a handfull of bounties I've worked on the past months, I'll be receiving only 1 or 2 if i'm lucky... but who knows if they'll be worth something someday.... hahahaha... it is not only about receiving, but if they are worthless it is pointless...
This only shows that definitely the great majority of ICOs are only after the quick cash... if they were real projects they'll keep on going, find different financing approaches, etc...

And ever since the market went red, the development team afraid to release their token to the market, most development team thought that the market situation could not support they to release tokens to the market. Until finally most ICO took the decision to extend the duration of token sale while waiting for the normal market situation to return. And that decision have an impact on the bounty campaign. Bounty must wait for the token sale ended for distribution.

That is why there are many bounty hunter for now not yet get payment from bounty.

You are right.. Tokens from finished campaigns comes slower than before.

But, I believe main thing about that is bad management, scam and only after that market situation.

there are several bounty campaigns that I have participated in and until now also have not received tokens, but I am sure they will send them, be sure of their projects, no one wants the project to fail, so they must have planned the best for others, both for developers, investor or bounty hunter.

I have received some of the tokens though. There are some team who distributed their tokens that they didn't fear this bear market some are waiting for the market to stable before distributing because if they do, everyone who received it may dump thus affecting the price and their reputation. This is fair because they can't stop investors from blaming them after its price drag below its ICO price.
