My stakes was not counted because I change my signature as I thouhgt my stakes was not being updated. Put back my signature again, Can I still participate on the signature bounty?

It depends on what category of bounty program you are in. If you are participating signature bounty program, YES, you are supposed to report every week.
HOWEVER, if you are participate in Twitter or Facebook bounty, you have to report only one time at the end of each round, which you can find from our original bounty post.
