They also refuse to communicate with bounty hunters. No way to appeal or contest a decision.

Relax mate. Mine also got rejected and I posted here above, waiting for an answer by the team. Maybe just 1 person reading through over 2000 articles is just too much and it could be rejected by mistake. So far I have participated in 4 bounties of TokenSuite and in 3 of them so far I got my stakes and also got paid. Also I got already some problems solved by TokenSuite Serkan (because someone stole my article and I reported him). So lets hear them out first. I hope our articles will be reviewed again and stakes given accordingly.

Yes the bounty campaign only lasted until Feb 28 (stated on the OP) everyone who joined the signature bounty is allowed to remove the signatures, radnom posted it here like a week ago.

Hello TokenSuite Berkay,

I've send you a message (sorry for that, all bounty related questions should be posted here) regarding my blog entry for debitum network. I'm on number 1263 with a blog about debitum network on steemit. My entry was rejected.
I did not copy paste and put also effort in my work.
So far I have participated in many of the TokenSuite bounties with success. You can check all my past articles on Steemit.
Could you please kindly recheck my entry or tell me why it was rejected? I'm trying to learn from possible mistakes to do it better next time. Thanks for your time to recheck and feedback.
