No, 2% of the total pool of tokens are allocated to Debitum Bounty Program. So, if are sold not 156,5 million, but 100 million, the sum will be decreased to 3 million. Everything is proportional.

Both of them: the content and the resolution. If you suddenly post a video, that is recorded on a front camera, that has no clear structure, and also is in low quality, then its advertising the effect is almost nothing.

I cannot disagree with you here. Though, as for me, it is better to spell out the requirements to duration and technical characteristics of a video. Or will I get the data after submitting an application for participation in the bounty program?
