Budget is 0.2%.
Social media campaign is run through The Viral Exchange (TVE) website :

— Complete our social tasks, such as liking our FB page, retweeting, liking our Youtube vids, etc.

Earn HST tokens directly on the site, and claimable once the ICO has finished. View a helpful video on how TVE works here. New tasks will continually be added.

2. Translations and moderation of threads

Budget is 0.2%.

If you see your language is missing on Bitcointalk or want to translate our White Paper, you are welcome to add your own translation and earn stakes in return.

1: The use of google translator is not allowed. Participants using google translator will be instantly disqualified.
2: There will be only ONE translation per person. Applications for multiple translations/ languages will not be accepted.

• Translation of ANN thread : 50 stakes
• Moderation of translated ANN thread : 5 stakes
• White Paper : 250 stakes

3. Bitcointalk Signature and Avatar campaign

Budget is 0.4%.

Signature campaign rules

Participants need to keep the signature until the end of ICO. Any attempt at cheating will be punished with disqualification from the campaign.

You can not advertise any other websites/threads in your signature.
Any user with negative trust will not be allowed to participate.
Only good quality posts and that are relevant to the thread will be counted.
If we find spam posts you're making, you will be removed from the campaign and receive no payment.

Stakes are added weekly. Only full weeks are in count towards the bounty calculation.

Avatar Campaign is for Full Member rank and higher.

And it gives 1 stake per week.

We will accept maximum 500 participants.

Install BB-code into your signature and don’t change it until the end of ICO.

The whole bounty pool will be divided among the participants proportionally to the amount of their stakes.

If your rank changes, you will need to send us a private message or in thread. Rank updates are made on Fridays after stakes have been added, stakes are added according to your rank in the beginning of a week.

20 upvotes: 10 stakes
50 upvotes: 20 stakes
100 upvotes: 50 stakes
300+ upvotes: 100 stakes

Horizon State related comments will be calculated at a 1:5 rate compared to posts, meaning for example a comment of 20 upvotes will bring you 2 stakes.

In order to qualify for the blog bounty, the blog or news website:

• can be written in any language for blogs with 300+ followers
• must contain only unique content
• must be publicly accessible
• must be 700 characters or more (without spaces) in length
