Bounty Detective is loved and respected due to his sincerity and transparency, any bounty campaign that hires him to manage their project will never regret. he is one of the best bounty manager i have ever seen, all his project are well managed and accomplish, people love joining his project because they know he is able to deliver.

In general I agree with this sentiment, sometimes it's a special request by project owners when they require very simple tasks (usually for social media campaigns) just to generate some buzz for the algorithms;
however for quality categories like signature and original content, it's a great suggestion to assess the allocated reward pool and set a participant limit accordingly...
My opinion above is that for bounties that are allocated with predetermined coins / pay per stack, different from pay per post with money, I think if pay per post with money better there are no limit...

I never said MOON total supply is 42 million i said circulating supply. From moondefi blog you can see contract address 0x71924a8d733ae1bbc18d243e1deb56e767440eb6. In there it is only 42 million MOON. 210 million will be circulating supply in 4 years when all tokens are unlocked.
Bounty campaign will last 2 months and you promised distribution at the end of each month. That means in 2 months 10 million MOON will be distributed to bounty hunters. That will make tokens worthless.

To me from my experience he mostly participates in his campaign and it happens to be favored by Detectives campaign, you know everyone have a fans in the system so I think detectives is his own fans, I know there are other best Campaigns manager but they sets some limitation whereby low rank in the forum like Jr member can't participate even members are sometimes hardly to get luck to join most of those people you listed their names over here. To me I will say they are discriminating Bounty Detectives is not so, although he doesn't not allow Jr member too run his signatures but he includes other pools to enables the newbies and jr members gain some cool token during the campaign period.
So you see why he is calling Bounty Detectives the best?
And besides he has over 400+k followers on his airdrop group, and his community is 130+k followers and his channel 54+k. So tell me if all this people you listed are the best.

I think this is a wonderful suggestion, a max cap on the number of bounty participants brings more robust and professional results, I've seen their latest bounties attended by thousands of people,
