Dether - Breaking barriers to Ethereum mass adoption
Hi everyone,
Today is a special day for Dether’s community, we’re thrilled to launch the Dether bounty program! Many of our supporters have asked questions about it and today we’d like to give our early supporters the opportunity to get involved in making this happen.
Reward Distribution:
A portion (3%) of the initial DTR supply will be granted for those who participate in the following Bounty categories:
- Bitcointalk Signatures and Avatar: 30%
- Translation: 25%
- Blog Posts: 15%
- Bug Bounty: 15%
- QA Testers: 5%
- Social Networks: 10%
To earn DTR, simply accumulate stakes by the end of the DTR token sale. At the end of the tokens sale, stakes for each category will be added up and used to calculate the number of DTR you will receive. The number of DTR you will receive for a particular bounty category is proportional to the number of stakes you’ve earned in that category.
For example:
You earn 10 stakes for a translationThere are a total of 60 contributors who have each earned 10 stakesAt the end of the token sale, there are 5,000 DTR allocated to the category Translation:
Note: Percentages below are based on 1,5% of the initial DTR supply after the token sale.
1. Translation
Dether’s website has already been translated in more than 12 languages and we’d like to thank all of the contributors for their amazing job!
Yesterday, we released Dether’s white paper presenting our vision and strategy for Dether to break barriers to Ethereum mass adoption. Today, it is also necessary to spread the word about the Dether all over the world by translating the white paper.
Earn DTR tokens by translating :
Dether’s white paper (a 10 pages short version is proposed for translation)Dether’s upcoming AlphaDether’s Bitcointalk OP and moderating the thread conversation.
a) Please contact us in Dether’s slack (channel bounty__program) to reserve your translation.

Write blog posts about Dether.io and earn DTR tokens. Topics can include, but are not limited to, the tokens sales and future applications of Dether.
Rewards and instructions:

b) Blog posts must be on the internet and publicly accessible
c) Each blog post must have at least 300 words
d) Each blog post must contain at least 2 links to Dether.io
e) Blog posts must have unique content (translations do not count)

g) Stakes will be awarded based on the quality of the blog post:
Low: 0 stakeAverage: 10 stakesGood: 20 stakesGreat: 50 stakes
Q. How does it work?
A. The goal of the QA Tester campaign is to help developers to improve Dether’s mobile Dapp in terms of features but also in terms of User Experience. Everyone who completes the test in the next 24h after registering will be able to claim bounty tokens (as previous users who already completed the test).
Q. How to participate?
A. In order to participate in the QA Tester campaign, please join us on Slack and subscribe to the channel: alpha_testers. After that, you will guided through the steps to follow to have access to Dether’s alpha.
Keep in mind that the more details you will give during the test, the more efficient the developers work will be :)You will be in direct contact with the team’s developers and we can figure things out in a very collaborative manner.
4. Social Networks
Support and promote Dether.io on all social media networks to earn DTR tokens. All contributors can earn DTR tokens when helping the Dether community expansion!

b) Tweets, Facebook posts and Reddit are eligible
d) Each publication must contain a reference to Dether.io
e) Publications must have unique content (translations do not count)

0 - 49 like/RT/Upvote: 1 stake50 — 100 like/RT/Upvote: 2 stakesMore than 100 like/RT/Upvote: 5 stakes

Hello everyone,
The following parts of the bounty program (listed below) end this Friday, January 26, 2018:
- Blog post
- Social Network
- Translations
- Alpha testers
No further contributions will be accepted after this date.
A very warm thank you to all the contributors who made this campaign a reality, and thanks to whom the Dether project gained visibility. We will now:
- Update the file with the number of stakes that each contributor will accumulate.
- In the second step, publish the tokens that will be distributed to you.
- And finally, we will distribute them during the week after the token sale (February 12-17, 2018).
Please check that your informations in the spreadsheet are correct (name, ETH address etc.) If it’s not, don’t hesitate to contact us via the bounty__program channel, and we will do our best to update the spreadsheet.
