Is not too hard to identify ICO scam or not, just learn their concept make sense or not and see their team fake or not. Only from concept and team you can identify, Serious project or scam project. Also see their advertising marketing like fb, twitter and youtube ads if he using that ways, i think that is serious project

I also follow the bounty, my experience since megikuti bounty very good, but there is also the bounty who can’t afford to on its members and there is also as a token that late, it’s affected by on my friend, not to me, the lack of bounty is just as a token or need time 1 month we waiting for him.

In fact, it's hard to judge about this. Of course, we must immediately reject projects that are only on paper (just website and WP). But it is worth bearing in mind that even a project that has a good team has a prototype, the market opportunities can not eventually become successful and do not give profit in future. So it's safe to say which project is good, and which one is not really difficult.

In my opinion it's hard to find a legit ICO. The legit ICO has white paper roadmap representative and developers.

Even still they might end up being a scam, like bitconnect for example.

At the end of the day it's really hard to tell for certain, takes a lot of time as well.

why don't you make an intense research of an ico before you start promoting them, if you see a greenlight a project will succeed you can go ahead with their bounty.

Research on the team first as that's the first thing I do. Though, it doesn't necessarily mean that they won't pay, you can have that looked into if you are playing it safe. Also, make sure they are really behind the project or they are just being used without their permission.

For me, it's just a matter of doing extensive research to a campaign you're planning to join with. I think a SCAMpaign will not waste time to establish good/quality advertisement, roadmap or even whitepaper, what they only know is to work smart and earn money. There are always indicators to identify them.

Look for reputable campaign manager , Join their campaign there lot's of them here if you just follow bounties. Do some research, anyway even legit one will end up as non paying if that certain project failed to reach their soft cap, Do lot's of campaigns so that you have all the alternatives. Promote them well do your job , and just track every announcement of every project you join. and don't join newbie rank bounty campaign.

It's very hard to distinguish these days. Projects have gone at great lengths to present fake profiles for their team, create new accounts to populate their social media etc. What I would recoment is seeing into the white-paper to find if there are any mistakes. This is a good indicator of where the team could have cheaped out.

in choosing a good project I always start by looking at the reputation of the project manager, team and advisor, whitepaper and roadmap. that's the way I define the project is a scam or not.

if I am looking for a bounty campaign, I usually think which projects will success or failure. scam or not, I think it's hard to see
which projects are successful or not, it can be viewed from their official group or social media accounts, besides a lot of followers, they regularly provide updates on the progress of their projects. I think that's all

Its hard to tell whether the bounty is scam or not.Maybe we should trust in some campaign manager in that case we should tell that the ICO we are joining is not a scam and we cannot waste our time to post on forum wearing the avatar of the campaign.

I analyse team members of projects first because we can't understand if project is scam by looking at whitepaper. Linkedin, twitter page is important.

Most of the time it's hard to tell.
However, I will judge by the number of telegram groups, if the popularity of this project is high enough, I think it can be completed by ICO. Generally speaking, the projects that have been raised by ICO will pay you the relevant reward, so I seldom worry about this problem.

I agree, bounty campaign managers and social media and network strength are both the ultimate guide on how to choose good bounty campaigns and ICOs to invest because good ICOs are paying good money into into good and experienced bounty campaign managers and their Telegram society channel has many members, otherwise it's a scam and bogus.

Me my self will look to the manager who manage the campaign it self, cause its very rare a legendary or hero member want to manage a scam project they must be do some research first before take that job as a bounty manager. After that ill look at the project, if i like it i join it. The rest is same like you mark an ICO as a scam or not, you see the team behind it the company etc.

Indeed, in starting at ICOs or bounty campaigns that are being managed by newbies and junior members that more likely to be Scams because good ICOs or Cryptocurrency company could hire higher ranked member in this forum who has  good bounty campaign management skills.
Other thing is good bounty hunters that could help to promote ICOs are joining into these good bounty managers.

Before I'm going bloody research to know if the project is legitimate or not but now I just find it in choosing the good bounty campaign managers because good ICOs and coin company have no funds issue or problems therefore if they want their ICO to be promoted by good  members then they could hire experienced and good bounty campaign managers like Sylon, Needmoney, Arteezy, Yahoo and more.
