who's the investors here? there was no any ICO mean there was no any Investors. and if there is no any investors mean there is no any chance of scam.... they've closed the bounty before start of ICO. and they've paid the participants what they think should be paid.

for your information. the project is still running.. they did eveything without any ICO.

as what jamal said, they have not made any crowdsale. so im thinking they havent scammed anyone. and they havent took anything since no crowdsale happened. im not sure about that though. Grin

But what about the tokens that in the participants wallet? what is that tokens? it will disappear soon right? the xuc tokens is such as disappointment. many participants hoped here. why is this happen?

Actually the project just made an update on the site and a tweet ever since the project stopped the ICO. There should be a lot of caution to this project that why a little bit of control is needed for crowdfund either by the country with instance to china and korea, and some other means.
