1m bounty of the total 3B supply of token is not that huge, aside from that, if they have planned on distributing 10% of the bounty they should have announced it on the thread but it is too late to make such an excuse. The distribution had been delayed for almost a month, they have plenty of time to make such an announcement but they never bother to. My theory here is that, they pay participants on how long they had been participating, early participants got higher reward while late one got lower. But the percentage of the amount is such ridiculous. Probably tokenmarket is trying to earn/get big here
