yes. you are right. basically I've chosen all my translators. they 'll be doing all translations of all my bounties. it's just because to reduce the high number of spammy and beggy posts of fake translators.

Translation is one of the bounty campaigns, and everyone should have a chance to join as long as they meet the criteria. There are spammy fake translators, but there are also a lot of great translators, and they can't even apply to your bounty programs because of this unfairness.
