The banner he made is not a html banner according to me, as it contain image and such banner i can do in 10 minute. HTML banners are different.

you cannot use html banners as signature, only BBcodes allowed.

Can you tell me what I just did wrong with my signature banner? or is it too big for me to use those as as a signature banner ?

I just paid this guy and bought those one he send me. I like to get a nice signature banner for myself too. I did see it I just saw him looking for jobs but not any banners for me
