b) Your account is locked/private and cannot be accessed publicly.

d) You did not submit any weekly report at all.

Content Creation campaign participants will not receive their stakes yet until their entries are judged by GexCrypto team.

I already addressed concerns like this before and I'll say it again.
IF ever GexCrypto Social Media accounts (that includes Twitter & Facebook) did not make at least 7 tweets in a week (which would mean that the participants have lesser amount of tweets to retweet)
I would consider having lesser amount of retweets every week.
But in order to be eligible for weekly stakes, all participants still have to create & submit seven (7) of their own personal tweets about GexCrypto accompanied by our hashtag.

This also applies on Facebook Campaign.

I hope this clears it up for you.

Yes, I will consider this BUT only for the Retweets/Shares, everyone is still required to make at least 7 Personal Tweets/Posts per week to be eligible for weekly stakes.
