1. We are finishing the wallet application so the bounty will be resumed at mid march (date will be announced)
2. People are allowed to take off avatars and signatures during that time but people who decide to join the second part of the bounty as well will receive 20% bonus stakes

4. Bounty pool will remain 5% of total tokens sold during both parts of the bounty
