They have revised the Round 2 campaign because of the thread being closed for violating TOS.

There are no reporting requirements though they advise saving your own work in case of dispute.

People are not spamming the thread, they are logging their work after the Round 2 Bounty thread got closed because the bounty manager violated TOS.

it looks like you can remove the signature from your work in vain.
