1. Yes transaction will still go through, timer is for price.

2. You are better off using official marketplace, you will have to pay token transfer fees anyway.

3. I would really love cheaper network

It could be display error on whatever wallet you use, as long as contract address (0x851e13b3cdcaec6fb3ae446dad82e112abaa827c) is right, all good.
