Hdac TGE Refund Information ■
We are notify only those who will receive a refund.
(Those who will receive a refund will be notified by e-mail separately).
You are to receive a refund due to one or more than of the following reasons:
- Transferred less than 0.1 BTC
- Transferred outside TGE period
- Incomplete/unsuccessful KYC
- Unable to proceed KYC due to country not being listed.
You can check your refund information under “My transactions” menu on the hdac.io website.
You need to check on ‘agree’ and insert your valid refund wallet address in order to receive a refund.
Please double-check once again and click on ‘agree’ even if you have already inserted a wallet address.
[How to register refund wallet address]
1. Click on ‘Register refund wallet’ button. (Hdac.io website)
2. Click on ‘My info’ menu after logging in.
3. Click on ‘Edit’ button and enter or edit the refund wallet address.
4. Check validity of your address and check on agree and save.
The ‘ Refund wallet address(BTC) ’ registration period is from January 22 to January 31(GMT/UTC+1).
Refund will be proceeded within 2~3 working days once the wallet address is checked.
