based on number of
followers the particular Twitter handle gets!
Another factor might influence the outcome is the campaign rules
about stake circulation.

Even this is too confusing to many parties, the overall tally in retweets, there is no getting stack there is even a small gain, but they have the same number of retweets, but the result was the team entitled to organize it all ..

I think it is confusing because of what has made the decision by the developer was the best decision. if you have a small example retweet the same result but the total stake different because of the different levels of each stake and another if you answer that you also know the rules stake maybe they start to count from their tweet and count how long it starts only developer who knows Wink

the update from dev is that they will send messages to the social media accounts - so nothing of the bounties have been distributed yet. not even signature bounty where they already sent PM to the participants asking ETH address.
