How do you measure when a person is participating in the bounty program for bitcointalk.org, if a person only has a signature but is not posting 10-15 approx. posts a week as suggested, do they get rewards? or if they don't have the signature but they are posting, do they get rewards at any case? if a person is posting but doesn't have an avatar do they get rewards as well?
If you wear our signature but don't post 12 times per week, you won't receive your weekly stakes.
Same thing if you post but don't wear our signature.

The reward will be distributed every week, Saturday. The first distribution was performed on April 15 so if you join the bounties before that day, suppose to be the reward has been already sent to your address.
