What is Rakugo?

Our content publishing platform ‘Rakugo’ rewards contributors with revenue and exposure for high value, trusted, and factual content. Using our machine-learning ‘Smart Publishing API’ API’ we empower content producers to watermark their work with trending topics and maximize the influence and thus value of their work. Trends are identifiable across streams of data using a cross dependence temporal topic model (CDTTM). These trends are matched to content streams in Rakugo and content published in an optimal way with that trend.
We are built on the principles of trust, transparency, and democratization. Rakugo brings together a community of content creators, editors, publishers, and readers – to create a new decentralized publishing economy.

WHITEPAPER & BUSINESS PLAN TRANSLATION | MINIMUM OF 2,400 TOKENS
We are offering a bounty program for translating our Business Plan and Technical Whitepaper into a variety of languages. Translations of these documents into French, Italian, Japanese, and more (see full list below) will be rewarded with a MINIMUM bounty allocation of 2,400 (2 ETH) Rakugo Seed Tokens for both pieces of work. The final reward will be agreed up with the translator once samples of work have been submitted.
To apply, please email us at [email protected] and include examples of other ICO’s you have worked on, as well as attachments of past translated projects. We will make our selection this week and would like to have all translations completed and sent back to us by Aug 14th at the latest (the earlier the better). We request that finished work be in PDF or Word and formatted the same way as the existing English version, including images and infographics.
