The WBC ticker is already taken. Please refrain from using it. If you cause problems for us we will cause serious problems for you. What you are trying to build is a illegal security used for committing illegal gambling are you trying to go to jail? I hope you take this into consideration and change your ticker. If not we will be in touch.
Please study and make sure a ticker is not already taken next time before you create Scammy ICOS, anyone who was considering investing in this pack up and get out while you can. This is highly illegal.
Thanks.
Dear Steborg,
firstly, the WBC ticker has not been taken by anyone. We had to do a second round of research due to your claims and they are simply groundless claims, if you can even call them that. Secondly, under the discussion of whether this is a security or not, it is not.
According to the Howey test, and under several courts interpretations, the final factor of the Howey Test concerns whether any profit that comes from the investment is largely or wholly outside of the investor's control. If so, then the investment might be a security. If, however, the investor's own actions largely dictate whether an investment will be profitable, then that investment is probably not a security.
Hence, we are not defined as a security.
Thirdly, regarding our ICO being a scam.
As most ICO`s and investments, there are certain barriers an investor has to overcome when deciding upon whether or not to invest.
Certainly, due diligence is necessary, as there are many ICO`s and previously in the normal stock market, IPO`s who have been scams. This is an assessment every investor has to make for themselves. As an ICO, we try to define and distinguish ourselves as clearly as possible to any investors that we are not a scam.
How have we solved this?
Through complete transparency, by releasing our code and white paper. For those who have taken the time, they can go over our code and
read for themselves that it executes mathematical equations that are non-changeable after it has gone live, which it has.
Given that our code is live, not changeable, and programmed accordingly to our ideas and philosophies that we have been gone over in depth in our white paper, it is hard for us to therefore understand why someone would come to the conclusion that this is a scam.
In other words, we are instead trying to understand what exactly is your agenda, and what it is you have to gain from trying to portray us in such a bad light. Are you maybe a representative of another upcoming ICO with a similar idea? Are you maybe just a troll who likes to sabotage projects for the simple pleasures it gives? Or maybe you are paid by someone else to perform this action?
Questions, all unanswered by you.
We on the other hand, are transparent, both in our code, white paper and agenda. You are not.
We have therefore submitted a report to the admins, hoping that they will take care of this.
We are fully open to any further questions by our followers, fans and investors.
