I think it is missing some more information about how to use https://theviralexchange.com or where to track the tasks, or perhaps are not there listed yet? but the website shows an error message saying this: " you need to complete the task first" or something like that, but there task is not visible there

Unfortunately there are not tasks to do anything with facebook post, only like the page.
And all errors which happen with you, guys, are connected with theviralexchange service. They make cool thing, but service is not perfect yet.
