As far as I can tell, you are right about that. You did not know if after you join in bounty campaigns it will give you a worth payment or not. That is why before you participate in any ICO projects or Bounty Campaign you must do a research about it, know the project manager because some campaign is helding of a good project manager.

That is entirely true. In fact there are some projects wherein you have spent a lot of time and effort in promoting them yet in the end you just end up with nothing at all. Such a shame for those projects. But there are time wherein you encounter a great project with great people in it and received a nice amount of reward.
