Bounty rewards is just like a box of chocolate, we are happy when it being release and given to us, it is worth-it of being waiting for a weeks especially if it is already in exchange. 
I think that you should choose a bounty program to join the same way as you're chosing a project to invest in. Maybe you're not investing money buy you invest your time. And if you are an influencer, you put you reputation under risk. There are lots of bounty hunters, so bounties become not effective, as for me.
After my last campaign I have indeed the feeling that Bounty is like a Box Chocolate, I worked 3 months and when I finally got the rewards I was as unpleasantly surprised as I was pleasantly surprised in my previous campaign...really hard to tell upfront sometimes.
It's really like the bounty and chocolate. When you taste the chocolate, you need to take time to taste it slowly, and at the end of the day you can fully feel the sweetness of the chocolate. I think the reward task is the same, and you need to be patient to finish it. When we finish the task, we can harvest sweet taste.

not completely like that. bounty also requires the analysis and not join any time. Indeed many bounties are popping up but to know where the results of the bounty that can be used to buy and sell of course need a mature analysis.
Yes, that's definitely so. We can not say in advance whether our accession to a particular ICO project will be successful. Therefore, as if the case plays a role here and it resembles a game of chance. However, considering that in case of success, the profit will be pretty decent, there is also some interest in this.

Wow, it's a very cool comparison, probably it can in general describe what we are really working for, many are now trying to earn money, but still many people just can not understand how to find not scam projects.
Simply, because every project seems to be tempting and attractive. Maybe due to there better marketing techniques it gets very hard to find the scam projects and even if you with your internal feelings you might be scammed at the end. Bounty is tough choice to follow as there lies huge amount of risk for its users but on the other hand if you go for the best bounty you will definitely find it better than a chocolate box.

Definitely yes.sometimes i receive a piece of tokens from bounty at a time when the fee is very much depend on how much the allocation is and whether the project is successful.But we can not do it anyway so it's good to choose the bounty to be.At first i was do alot of work and promote their project,so strict at in the end they give you 1 piece of token,but not all is like that

Maybe around 50% true because you have to do the research before you join the bounty campaign. Atleast you already estimate that the coin reward you will get will have a good value depends on the marketing strategy, and coin supply and the idea that the project can bring. conclusion:

Yes bounties are like box of chocolates, but like the box of chocolates, there are labels on it. Every bounties have descriptions and labels, so that you would know what kind of bounty or chocolates you would get. Those descriptive labels in every bounties will help you to have the right choice, better do research about the bounties you want to be involve, for you to know if joining will be worth it.

yes I totally agree, I am very nervous in thinking of whether the bounty that I follow will be successful and has value. I am afraid I have been following for a long time, but no results have been obtained. 
yah. many ICO come out with they project. and many investment looking for good product so they money can be save and get many profit. but many ICO to getting fail. but i think ICO its a great thing for investment

With some projects - you could predict that coin will be worth after ICO. It comes with experience and intuition.

I can't agree with you , because I'm usually not buing box chocolate if I don't know exactly what inside 
Bounties is a some type of gamble , sometmes you can predict is this project solid or not , but in most cases all we can do is just hope that we will et paid for our work and this tokens will worth just something .
