And about your negative trust feedback, even it's not related to what this thing is all about, I doubt someone will hire you. Bounty managers are face of the projects so people might considered a project not a reputable one if they will hire a manager with negative trust.

Yes, this is right, I have seen many of the projects get dump due to insufficient efforts and proper management of the project's community and bounty too. I gess getting a skilled and experienced manager is highly recommend for any new project.

Might as well you want to add the number of bounties you have managed in that post? That will highlight the quality of the service you will provide. Matter of fact, if you haven't managed anything worth noticeable yet, it's inappropriate to call yourself "experienced".
