Our team is trying to carefully choose projects.
Working for tokens is a bad idea. Therefore, we only take part of the payment in tokens (at end of bounty campaign ). Initial payment of $. This allows you to filter projects without a budget (if project doesn't have a budget and it pays tokens to employees, then this project has almost no chanse to sucessfull ICO).

Please check the potential of the team you get into the campaign management. I see most of the project owners comes with the proposal of tokens as a payment for your work. If the project is scam your team get bad reputation over the forum. So kindly ignore or label like Wapintar doing payment is not responsible in my hand or something relevant label like that.
