not all have the same rates, it mostly depends on the bounty/campaign manager on how much he/she charge per campaign and how much is the budget of the dev team for it, the number of participants have some effect too on the rates IMHO

Correct, only experienced manager can answer this question but i do not think they will answer exactly this question because it was too private and they do not disclosed their salary to the public. Much better to open a project and find a good manager to know how much their rate.

That's right. There are no set rules for payments. It usually depends on the amount of work you have to put into the project, how big the project is and how much money they can spend on each task, and on your negotiating skills.

Management bonuses are paid depends on the campaign and investment. If successful campaign and ICO investors attracted people, the bonus will be paid. If not successful will be no bonus

well payment is a private affairs always..and i believe u will need to negotiate with who ever u hiring and some will take btc and some will take ur token or coin...so it just about finding the person and stat talking to him if u happy with him or her thenu roll them out.

For sure they wont say such thing because this thing is somehow private and managers do have the right to hide on whats the actual salary that they do earn.Heres an idea for you. Bitcoin signature campaigns and Altcoin Bounty signature managers do have different rates for sure and the token that they do receive.One would receive pure on btc payment and the other side do earn on tokens on which altcoin he does manage.It is actually the agreement between different parties.
