Do we need to sign in the kyc procedure before receiving the tokens, or that is for withdraw purposes only? I guess if we don't receive the tokens on NEX, but on the first actual site, that would imply we could do kyc later on...

I think is on Nauticus site itself, as for exchange, it was said many times, we will need to do the kyc procedure.
Check that spreadsheet on their telegram and follow the instructions. The bounty manager is quick to answer kindly.

I'm also very confuse on this. From telegram, @Brian_Nauticus says this:

"I believe all coins have been distributed and should be visable in your dashboard. However, this is just a representation of your coins, not your actual coins. They will be available some time after account migrations and before exchange goes live."
-Like you I can only see 100NTS from signing up and the 200 gift(from survey I believe).
