It is better not to sell immediately, but to keep tokens on your wallet for some time, or to bring them to the exchange and place a sell order. I think that if you participated in a good ICO project, then you will be able to get a good profit after a while.
Just try to hold them as much as you can, selling them imnediately is just a dumb decision and you might end regreting about that after you sold them because the probably skyrocketed.
Sell the token or hold it are all the reasonable choice for a guy. For me, I joined a lot of airdrop or bounty in 2014, such as mooncoin, faircoin, enerycoin and a lot of other coins.

So we can sell our bounties immediately if we are in immediate need or we can sell our bounty rewards for the potential altcoin like ethereum or other,so we can hold it for long terms.
So the best thing to do is to sell them as soon as possible and convert them into BTC and ETH.
If the bounty give me a toke, I don't want to sell early I will see first the market price. If the market price is lower, it's better to hold that token, so that I cannot fell regrets especially when we are the first time to have token.

I got some Bounty Rewards, but their value is too low, so they are always several times lower than the ICO, so I think we should not sell them too soon, maybe time will push them up. I think you need to after the coins to the exchange, to sell 30-50% of the earned tokens. Provided that the price did not fall below the ico price. The rest of the coins it is best to keep, unless of course you believe that the project is promising. Even if the project will not continue to develop, you will still make a profit. Well, if the project is successful, then the rest of the coins you can also get a good profit.

i think It all depends on the project. If the project is a weak or frank scam, then I immediately sell the tokens of this project. And if the project is good and promising, then you need to keep the tokens and wait for the development of the project. Then these tokens can be sold much more expensive.
if u need money then u can sell 50% and hold rest of coin. if u not in need then hold all reward coins and keep eye on its movement and let it perform its best.
You might chose to sell your bounties as soon as you get them if you don't value them as much. But I believe that it takes quite alot to. Get these bounty tokens that it's. Hold, this will give more than instant sell. Of course the price of your ICO in which you participated as a bounty hunter can highly increase in the beginning of trading and then meet the correction, but longterm(if you choose the right project) it will rise anyway
I usually tend to hold it for a approximately 6 months because that amount of time is enough for that coin to work it's magic to the top so if you got any bounty reward

If you want to make a profit, it is better to hold the coins for several months. But if it's bad coins, it's better to sell it right away.
If you very urgently need money, then you can sell a small part of your reward.
But if you save the coins that you received to participate in the bounty then you can get for them much more profit after a year or two.
This is a great advise if you need money then go sell but if not hold it for a long term like a year or two for sure the price of tokens you holding that time are really huge so it is really worth the wait.
