If I got the bounties then I will most definitely sell them within the first 2 months of me getting it. So far I have not received much but no regrets as I need the money during those points in time. You sell the bounties immediately while the price is good is a good strategy as long as you know only a few people are trying to sell it.

I think it depends on the token / coin I get, If the coins or tokens are really better, I'll keep them until the price drops to the moon. it would be great to wait for them to complete their roadmaps.

If you sell all the coins after getting the Bounty campaign, the price of the coin will be greatly reduced, possibly lower than the cost of buying the ICO. I think that is a destructive act

I think when we do a project campaign, we also support it. And some people do not really want to sell tokens unless they really need the money. And I believe a really good coin will survive even though some people sell tokens at the earliest times.

considering the way and manner in which bounty payments decline in price just hours after bounty payments are made, i will encourage for one to sell off the tokens/coins immediately after payment but if you don't want to sell, maybe because you have enough money then i will encourage you to hold it for a long time as it will benefit you. thanks

Some bounty hunters may sell tokens to pay their bills, but maybe that's a small percentage of all participants.
Others may be eager for altcoin like ethereum, but do not have enough capital to buy it, and do bounty campaigns to earn a little bit of capital.

Ofcourse i will hold it for awhile. Holding it for one to two months is good to me.  But if the value of the coin that im holding didnt change a little or didnt increase its value after months then i will hold it and i will be waiting that will increase then i will sell it.

If you are absolutely sure of the success of the project, then you should wait for its implementation. Otherwise, you can sell half to fix profits, and leave the other half until better times.

Some of the time I offer it yet for the most part I hold my reward in abundance, its depend to my requirements since it is one of my wellspring of salary I pitch a portion of my reward to have cash for my necessities and to help me monetarily, however im intending to separate my reward, half for my holding and half for my offering yet my concern is I effortlessly pull in to higher value so I offer my coin everytime I get my reward.

Most of the time we see a huge down in the market, I guess it is because of the bounty hunters. I understand them why they want to sell their coins right away. Maybe they really need the money or maybe they just want to secure the income. Because being patiently waiting for it to get high really takes time.

I am one of those who does not immediately sell tokens earned from the bounty campaigns, partly because I select the best projects and I believe in them, so I think most of the tokens will grow in value over time. It is wrong to immediately sell tokens earnings except that money does not serve to live

You might wanna hold these coins for a longer period of time, dispossing them off that easily might not be a very good idea  because some may turn out toobe valuable in the future

I've been doing bounty campaigns only since December 2017.  Not long, in the scheme of things.  But one thing that truly surprised me during the last couple of months is the number of bounty hunters who look to sell their tokens ASAP.  At first, I didn't understand why, but I think I'm beginning to.

For me, I'm doing these bounty campaigns for a bit of fun and to give my mind a bit work to do, creatively speaking.  So my mindset for any bounty tokens is just to HODL and allow the devs to implement their roadmap and take the project through to completion.  I think this will give the best realisation of value on the tokens.  Sure, some may fail and they will likely end up worthless, but since I only invested time, not money, into receiving them, I'm not really worried.

So with that mindset, I struggled to understand why so many people were eager to offload their bounties at the earliest opportunity.

But over the weekend, I sat down and did some calculations on the accumulated bounty rewards I'm expecting to receive.  Each bounty by itself was a modest return, but when combined in totality, it was a sizeable amount.  And that's when it struck me...

Lots of people who live in less fortunate parts of the world, particularly in areas with high unemployment, probably NEED to sell their bounty rewards to put food on the table and pay their bills.

But I really don't know if my assumptions are correct.  So, my question to you is...

Do you sell your Bounty Rewards straight away or HODL?  Any insight into your reasons would be appreciated.

There are many views about this. I, for one, think that it would be better to hold a little. Based on past trends, it is quite visible that the price of the coin is not at its highest point yet. The highest point usually comes around after a couple of months or after the project has gone public. Therefore, the smarter move here is to actually hold onto it for a while rather than disposing it quickly to get the max profit one can get and ride the wave while the asset is still getting that much attention.

I was like you when i received my first rewards from bounties i sell them directly, but after that I understand that the real profit is when you hold your coins a wail of time and give the project the time for developing.

There are many bounty hunters out there that once they receive their bounty the always sell but i think this is not a proper way because most of the time the value of such token will drop below ICO price. If you want to profit more, then hold your bounty because there is a big chance that the value of your token will go 2X of ICO price.

this depends on you, if you are in need of money then you can sell it because you are in need of some money, whereas if you are not in need of money then try to hold up to touch the price of ICO.

I always HODL my coins after they gave the bounty because I think it will be  more valuable after some time but sometimes if I think the coin/token is not that great i will sell it immediately then put them to my trading account.

If you have all your money why sell them? It's better to hold token first because it still has the ability to increase its price especially when the project is good. So it's very important that you know the project of every bounty.

Depends on the plans you have for your tokens, some of these tokens might turn out to be very valuable, therefore disposing them off that early may not be a very good idea. You can however chose to sell a portion of them if you have a financial situation to address.

If the project behind the bounty has genuine potential, then I would definitely continue to hold. Yes, there will likely be a small dip in value once it hits the exchanges as the bounty participants sell out, but after this, the market will stabilize and growth will be able to continue from there. For trash bounties, I would sell instantly.
For trash bounties, please show me for example? is the price of coins on the market never rising, or is there no value at all?
if I still tend to prefer to directly sell the bounty before its value falls
