You can sell immediately, but you lose the true potential of a bounty, that is the possibility that the coin will have a big growth and you will make a big profit.
If you sell everything immediately you only earn a few pennies.

There is a bit of play between the FOMO and the FOLI (my own term for "fear of loosing in"). If you feel really bad with FOMO just keep some coins. Anyway, it is unlikely that any of these bounty coins are going to make you rich.

If you believe to the one that you currently holding you will hold it because on the next year it will multuply and also i prefer to hold it a little bit more so you can gain more profits
Before i am holding my bounty rewards but when the value of my bounty rewards was dump really high, i still hold it but still the value of it is not stopping to dump so i learned that the next bounty rewards i we will get is i we will sell immediatley so i can able to have a big amount of money.

Really depends on the project, if they have releases coming up and so on. Usually I hold my coins tho.
The project also the state of the market I believe makes an impact on whether some hunters will sell or not. You don't get tokens often but if you are in a bear market you may be inclined to sell quicker, and vice versa in a bull market you may be inclined to hodl for better times.

I always hold my bounties because I always participate into the projects I have faith and I know that team is going to deliver high tech results with the time passes. So it all depends in what bounties did you participate , facebook , twitter , telegram , signature and then you can sell some of them but always keep a good amount of that alts for long term and one day who knows how much it will worth.

If your 100 percent sure to that project just hold your coin or maybe sell half and hold the half for safety
its another good answer.
sell half and hold half if you think the project have a good roadmap and good product.
why sell half ? because sometimes even good project doesnt mean the price will up fast.and sometimes you need hold at least 3 month or more to see the real price.

I've been doing bounty campaigns only since December 2017.  Not long, in the scheme of things.  But one thing that truly surprised me during the last couple of months is the number of bounty hunters who look to sell their tokens ASAP.  At first, I didn't understand why, but I think I'm beginning to.

For me, I'm doing these bounty campaigns for a bit of fun and to give my mind a bit work to do, creatively speaking.  So my mindset for any bounty tokens is just to HODL and allow the devs to implement their roadmap and take the project through to completion.  I think this will give the best realisation of value on the tokens.  Sure, some may fail and they will likely end up worthless, but since I only invested time, not money, into receiving them, I'm not really worried.

So with that mindset, I struggled to understand why so many people were eager to offload their bounties at the earliest opportunity.

But over the weekend, I sat down and did some calculations on the accumulated bounty rewards I'm expecting to receive.  Each bounty by itself was a modest return, but when combined in totality, it was a sizeable amount.  And that's when it struck me...

Lots of people who live in less fortunate parts of the world, particularly in areas with high unemployment, probably NEED to sell their bounty rewards to put food on the table and pay their bills.

But I really don't know if my assumptions are correct.  So, my question to you is...

Do you sell your Bounty Rewards straight away or HODL?  Any insight into your reasons would be appreciated.

A lot of people don't believe into projects that give them possibility to earn these tokens. They consider their tokens will not grow or even decrease their costs. That's why they sell them to invest into something with less risk but with less possible profit

as long as its selling price is still in accordance with ICO for me it is the right time to sell it immediately because if holding will be risky bad to its exchange rate because my experience after ICO price ends, coin it will decrease significantly

to my opinion, when we got the tokens from the bounties, we must think carefully, if the token has the chance to rise more value in the future then we should not sell or just sell a little for ourself,  or we can predict the of that potential of the token can be drop in the future, we can sell immediately to cut loss and buy back at cheaper price to hold for long term.

I also started thinking about it a few weeks ago, they sell bounty coins very quickly and cause prices to fall. I get Pindifi coins a few weeks ago, their ICO price is 0.5 $ per coin. then I get my bounty coin and intend to see the price in exchange. what I see, those boubty hunters sell for a price of 0.005 -0.003 $ 1 coin, are they crazy? I think because it's too easy to get a gift so they start destroying the market immediately.
I'm starting to not understand with this, what do they think is money? or they are not good holders. I do not understand

I am one of those who does not immediately sell tokens earned from the bounty campaigns, partly because I select the best projects and I believe in them, so I think most of the tokens will grow in value over time. It is wrong to immediately sell tokens earnings except that money does not serve to live

its very difficult to answer .all depend on your choice and situations. if you are in money urgency you will have to sold them once recived. but if you dont have such a situation i recomend you to study about the project before selling. if it looks like a good project advice you to hold it for long time. if its not a good project vest thing is sell it once listed on a major exchanges.usually majority of project listing on decentralize projects like idex and etherdelts.that not make big impact on price.wait untill it hit on a major centralize exchangers like bitrex, polonix, binance or ect.also if market is on a major depression like these days strongly adviced to hold your all coins once market/ bitcoin get stabilized or rised.
really all depends on our condition also on the coins we have if indeed we are not depressed because of the economic need for what sells the assets? to sell the coins we must really have a strong reason because I think the longer the price of coins will be more expensive especially those who have good potential but sometimes even many people who can not wait and choose to sell at a cheap price

I think it is very nice topic to talk.

That is what for most bitcoin users expecting when joining and doing jobs such us bounty or signature campaign is receiving and selling that tokens. After receiving the bounty rewards the bitcoiners are extremely happy but they must be confused whether to hold and wait the tokens or even sell immediately.

To me, when we get rewards from a certain project as mentioned above, it is better to see and research first the tokens value on the market. When it shows good or green and considered as a good opportunity to sell, it may advisable to sell because there will not be second chance. It is a humanity and proper of people want to get a sizeable amount of their rewards.

That my opinion and decision when I get the rewards.
better advisable and comment are welcome.

I was asking myself the same question ever since I started doing Airdrops and Bounties. I've realized by now, that tokens worth hodling are rare. Most of them are shitcoins that lose value right after they get listed. Then you can wait for years if they will regain value. But chances are higher for them to fail then getting some significant value. It helps to do a good research on the project before deciding what to do with tokens. But do it before you get tokens or it might be too late already.

What to do in this case depends on your projections for the success of the project, the tokens of which you received

If a person works only with the bounty campaigns it is right that I sell all or most of the tokens that he earns, but if, like most people, they do to have a second financial income, I think the tokens should keep minimum a few months and make the various projects grow better
