If the project is good then holding is a much better option but you can also sell some immediately to be safe so that if the coin goes to zero you still have some money.

after getting reward tokens from bounty campaign, I will sell some if the price is good and leave at least 30%, because the price dominant fall when token start enter exchange, I guess!

i will sell immediately if i do not believe in campaign. but if it's the good campaign i am hold little bit maybe.

I don't like the idea of selling immediately. I believe that it is better to wait a little bit and see what direction is the project taking. If sell immediately after ICO, you suffer of the price drop that is happening when everybody dump.
I think that it better to divide the projects. Some projects you sell immediately and take your money, others hodl 5 years and take millions dollars.

You can sell bounty tokens if it is above ICO price when it is release on the market if not then better to hold if you think the project itself has a big potential growth in the future. usually 3-6 months the newly coin gain it's value as long as the development continues in the project.

Very depends on project.

If i participated in a project  that has interesting, promising product, real team and alive community, i hodl when the coin is listed.

As for me, I  don't believe in rush.  But it all depends on the value of the coin. If the value is high you can sell all,  or part of it. And hold the rest to watch the market growth. But when the value is low. Your quick sell gives you great loss of both time and coin.

It all depends on the value of the coin. And what will be your reward after sales.

I think it depends about the bounty if you think it can make the value 10x within 2-5 months then it's best to hodl your tokens since the market is really depressing at the moment wait for a right time to sell. Maybe next year is another milestone in crypto markets.

I would hold the tokens only if I believe the project have great potentials and a real product to offer the real world not just ideas and speculations . I try to join as much bounties as possible that seem decent ,but with the aim of selling as soon as they hit an exchange because mostly the price falls after the ICO even with the good projects.

I think you should hold for little bit more, so that market is stable and altcoin are in power again. There is perfect time to sell your bounty rewards you just need to wait for that moment.

we can conclude from the responses of the bounty hunters here that the token result of the prize campaign is better to keep it in order to get a higher price than to sell at the beginning

depending on the necessities of life, if I need the money I will soon sell it, but if I do not need the money I will hold it up above the ICO price

I've been doing bounty campaigns only since December 2017.  Not long, in the scheme of things.  But one thing that truly surprised me during the last couple of months is the number of bounty hunters who look to sell their tokens ASAP.  At first, I didn't understand why, but I think I'm beginning to.

For me, I'm doing these bounty campaigns for a bit of fun and to give my mind a bit work to do, creatively speaking.  So my mindset for any bounty tokens is just to HODL and allow the devs to implement their roadmap and take the project through to completion.  I think this will give the best realisation of value on the tokens.  Sure, some may fail and they will likely end up worthless, but since I only invested time, not money, into receiving them, I'm not really worried.

So with that mindset, I struggled to understand why so many people were eager to offload their bounties at the earliest opportunity.

But over the weekend, I sat down and did some calculations on the accumulated bounty rewards I'm expecting to receive.  Each bounty by itself was a modest return, but when combined in totality, it was a sizeable amount.  And that's when it struck me...

Lots of people who live in less fortunate parts of the world, particularly in areas with high unemployment, probably NEED to sell their bounty rewards to put food on the table and pay their bills.

But I really don't know if my assumptions are correct.  So, my question to you is...

Do you sell your Bounty Rewards straight away or HODL?  Any insight into your reasons would be appreciated.

## If this post has been thought provoking for you, I'd really appreciate a bit of Merit in return ##

I would recommend you to keep some of your free bounty rewards in long-term storage. Only 25% output, in Fiat, when the price rises strongly and brings you a good profit.
You're right.  It is often better to hold tokens.  Especially if it is a promising company with great potential.

If you strongly believe that is a really good project, you should be patient and hold your tokens.

Depends on what it is tokens.  If the bad, it is better to immediately sell and not take chances.

It depends on individuals. Sometimes, it pays to HODL and sometimes selling immediately is the best way to earn more or big

It is often better to hold tokens to get a good profit.  Especially now, when the market has just begun to recover.

Just like you, I will also hold my bounty rewards. Selling it at the beginning, it does not support to get great results. So it's much better to hold it first so that the price expands to be higher. Reward from a good ICO will usually have a good development as well. So that more benefits will be gained.
