If it's a coin that isn't talked about, I will sell it right away after it pumped 2x-5x from its starting price. Only few coins are worth holding like BAR, UTK and ADB and it's a nice amount that you've received from those bounties.

It depends on your need at the particular time but what I can say is that you can sell half of your bounty reward and hold the other half for profit.

Always try to get the maximum rewards for all the work you did to earn your bounties.  Selling immediately after the coin get's listed on an exchange will not be the best price unless the project ends up being a scam and get's dumped.  HODL is the best method to maximize your earnings.

I do bounties to obtain coins I couldn't spend money on in my current economic situation so, I think its going to better to hold coins that influences investors, its better to dump ones with bad future.

I usually sell token bounty results by waiting for the price exceeds the price of ico, I know the first token release in the market price will fall, especially if it gets dump from bounty hunter, so I choose to hold it and sell it if the price is above ico

If you are confident with the project that it can grow potentially to the fullest in the future, the best thing to do is to hold until the develoepers has fully developed the coins, which may take a couple of months or even a year so then the price of your tokens would be huge x100 or more would be possible so i suggest every bounty hunters to hold these bounties for longer if it is worthy project.

I think you should hold first and wait till the market becomes stable. Holdong bounty rewards is a good decision as of now. Wait till the price of coins goes high then start selling your bounty rewards. If it is not in price increasing dont sell. Dont settle yourself to a less money or less profit. Aim for a higher profit. So keep holding and wait till the price gives you your desired profit.

This issue must be considered from two sides. The first is purely theoretical. To sell immediately or to keep the tokens received as a result of ICO depends on how much you are confident that these tokens will continue to grow in value in the future. That is, how significant and promising is the ICO project itself. If there is no certainty about the project, it is possible that the tokens obtained as a result of participation in the generosity campaign are better to sell tokens at once, because during the auctions on the exchange they will become cheaper and then may not rise in price. If there is confidence in the project, then of course, it is better to keep such coins, at least until the time when the project is completed and the tokens do not strengthen.
The second problem is that indeed, many members of the generosity campaign really need funds to cover their expenses in this life and simply after receiving the tokens they sell them immediately on the exchange as soon as they have the opportunity. What can be said here, everyone has their own problems and it's not worth blaming them.

If you make a campaign and you sell immediately the small reward you receive, it means that you didn't understand the spirit of the bounty (or that you are so desperate that a so little sum can save your life...)

You need to imply in a bounty non just to obtain some cheap money, but because you believe in the project and you support it with your work, so you keep what you received and -  if you have chosen wisely - in the future you will have a big reward.

thats it, If you participate on any bounty that means you believe in the project,if you believe the project why would you sell them right away after the market hit. holding a good project will give you much more reward than your patients.

I've been doing bounty campaigns only since December 2017.  Not long, in the scheme of things.  But one thing that truly surprised me during the last couple of months is the number of bounty hunters who look to sell their tokens ASAP.  At first, I didn't understand why, but I think I'm beginning to.

For me, I'm doing these bounty campaigns for a bit of fun and to give my mind a bit work to do, creatively speaking.  So my mindset for any bounty tokens is just to HODL and allow the devs to implement their roadmap and take the project through to completion.  I think this will give the best realisation of value on the tokens.  Sure, some may fail and they will likely end up worthless, but since I only invested time, not money, into receiving them, I'm not really worried.

So with that mindset, I struggled to understand why so many people were eager to offload their bounties at the earliest opportunity.

But over the weekend, I sat down and did some calculations on the accumulated bounty rewards I'm expecting to receive.  Each bounty by itself was a modest return, but when combined in totality, it was a sizeable amount.  And that's when it struck me...

Lots of people who live in less fortunate parts of the world, particularly in areas with high unemployment, probably NEED to sell their bounty rewards to put food on the table and pay their bills.

But I really don't know if my assumptions are correct.  So, my question to you is...

Do you sell your Bounty Rewards straight away or HODL?  Any insight into your reasons would be appreciated.

i usually see the value of Coin / TOken that i got from Bounty, are they have good future or not.
then i will see market price right after i got.if the price already over ICO Price i will sell it first and buy it again in deep price.
but if the price still under ICO Price i better hold it for 1-2 month....sure tyhe price will going up as long the project is good one.

I've been doing bounties only during the last months, so I took part only to 3 campaigns, but I decided to keep these tokens because I participated to projects I really believe in, I wouldn't waste my time to do whatever bounty campaign only to get some random tokens. So I hold.

You correctly understood everything. Someone needs money and immediately sells everything as soon as they have earned coins. Someone can keep coins for years! Again, you can wake up in 10 years and realize that your coin is worth several hundred thousand dollars. But not everyone has the opportunity to wait. It is also possible to sell coins at once, in order to turn this money into more promising assets. If you understand in advance that the rate will fall then there is no sense in keeping these coins.

Personally I think you hold some and sell some.
One might hit it big. But its really a gamble you would have to take.

Mostly as per my knowledge better don't sell them because it might give you more profit if you hold it for long term. Check twice if you joined in potential project then it will automatically give thrice income if you have hold them for more than 6months.

I suggest that you hold since bounty rewards usually is sold 50% or less than their actual value in the market in the early stage specially during those first month that you received it. I experienced selling it early then upon checking a couple of months its value doubled in the market though I don't regret it because I needed the money that time but still I learned that holding is much better.

Practically reason they sell it, they needed more food in their table rather than token in their wallet, so some really decided to sell their bounty reward and you can't blame them either it's their choice... but it will be good also to hold it for a longer time if not needed.

Selling your coins right off the bounty would give you a very small income. I've seen friends who sold their coins and 3 months later regretted it because the coin's value shot up through the roof. For me, if you earn coins from bounty I'd give it a few months to a year of holding so you could have your coin's value shoot up. You also have to keep an eye on your holdings, especially very successful ones. Then after some time, cash in or invest on other more stable coins

I have been in the bounty campaign not for long, but I have got some coins and I have been holding these coins. I think selling immediately wouldn't get you much, so I am planning to hold between six months to a year. If the project is good then maybe two years.

For me, I have to hold first because I personally believe that new coins or tokens can only be tested for potential in nearly one to two years, so that I will not regret, I always  give each coin a chance, anyway, there is no money involve in acquiring it since it is through bounties.

If you have a plan to hold, then you don't need to sell it immediately. But if you need that rewards, you have to sell it immediately, because most of bounty rewards price will drop.
