The telegram is very active if you have any delay to get answer to your questions, you can get on there. stake is counted and response is on Tuesday by my observation. I had the same issue last week and was addressed by the Tuesday. More also I think a lot of campaign just ended so many participants just join and it raise the activity of the thread which manager wasn't used to .

but i was in this DENT bounty from beginning , ive had my tokens sitting on TVE for like a month now just wondering what now can i transfer to MEW

I understand your anxiousness but around here you learn patience and need it. There are coin deposited in MEW that are not yet on exchanges, they got no price, this makes them as useless as not haing. There are some invested in that they promised to get back to investors in 4 to 6 months time ( reference to boscoin), and investors can handle the pain. TVE token are mostly the last coin to be released and have to learn how to live with that here.
