Right now every participant of the translation campaign if the ICO is succesfull will receive over 45 000 USD
I'm not convinced by this argument because it's really not honest to speak like if no other translator was going to come take the job( the average is 10-15 translators for a good project) and to speak like if the amount was fixed to make people dream but its not, unless you don't intend to change the bounty reward if you, for example, only reach half of your cap? I doubt it. ( reaching the a hard cap is a rare thing even for the best ICOs nowadays, let's stay realistic, TrueFlip for example reached only 1/3 of the cap despite the success, and your 200 000 ETH cap... Really low chances to reach it so i talk only in % and avoid to talk in dollars when a bounty is not fixed because that's the clever and honest thing to do )
Compared to other bounties it's really low whereas it's the most important work to get your project known abroad by the majority of people who don't speak english..
While the bounty for content creation is way too high compared to the average ( while it will bring less people on your project than a translation), it would have been more logical to take, from the maximum amount if you reach the hard cap, 50k from the content creation and add it to the translation.
