http://bitbrew.net/guatemala-joe/   and a few other 12-oz packs of coffee for under 2BTC.  Not sure about shipping cost - but may be within budget for Americans at least I imagine.

Shipping is included in the price to the US.

For 3BTC to spend I'd recommend the 1000 poker chips and 12oz of coffee for sure.

Also, the price of 1000 Seals chips does not change.

You forgot to mention flavored coffees in 8 oz packages and a pretty decent selection of teas, too, if I say so myself.  Wink

don't want to pay shipping?  diablo 2 items - http://www.btc2diablo.com/

Okay, I just called the local Diablo 2 trading freak to tell him about the site, and he's like "LOL WTF SHIT ITEMS". He says he would not pick up the first item on the page if he saw it! And he's on ladder, not non-ladder. Price quote non-ladder: "27 high-runes per dollar", items are as good as worthless on non-ladder on top of these being junk. Roll Eyes

Maybe I should make a bridge for some competition? If someone wants contracts on trading supply of Diablo 2 items in ladder Europe, PM me. I'm not into the game anymore, but if someone has BTC to spend and wants rare items, or a lot of good items, maybe I can arrange something. Wink

Exactly 1.0 BTC.  A Nerd Merit Badge
 - http://www.nerdmeritbadges.com/products/bitcoin

It shows "Sold Out" but that simply means you cannot use the online shopping cart software.  Because their eCommerce provider (Shopify) does not yet accept Bitcoin as payment, you must use the manual method of sending an email with your order and then waiting the day or so for them to send you a Bitcoin payment address.

This is one of the few products that are priced in bitcoins and will not fluctuate based on the exchange rate.  The order page states:
'If the value of bitcoins appreciates above our normal selling price, we will make more money. If it goes down, well then that's too bad for us."

This could make the badge a valued collector's item if the value of a bitcoin rises significantly as at a much higher price, fewer will likely be sold then.

I have been promoting BitcoinSpinner to a number of friends lately. It goes something like this:
1. Me:    Hey, wanna try out Bitcoin?
2. Dude: Sure, what do I do?
3. Me:    Download BitcoinSpinner from the Android Market
4. Dude: (takes less than a minute to download, install, and power up): Done.
5. Me:    Let me scan that QR code of yours and send you 3 Bitcoins
6. Dude: (5 seconds later): My app says that they are already in transit.
7. Me:    Yes, and in 10 minutes you can repeat what I just did with the next guy you meet, or spend them on whatever.

This entire process takes one or two minutes, which is really great for an introduction. However here comes the interesting part.

8. Dude:  Well... sounds interesting, but what can I spend my 3 BTC on?
9. Me:     Erhm... Well... I don't know.

This is where I don't really have a good answer. To have a great introduction it should end with a real purchase of something that you would want to buy.

Please help me come up with a good answer in item 9. It should cost one or two BTC, and should preferrably be something you can buy immediately just by scanning a QR code on for instance a web-page, I am looking for something like an online news paper, or some music. I am not really sure if there are any products you can buy at this price.

1 BTC bounty for the best (reasonable) suggestion.
