Exactly! Developers share their tokens with the community for increasing awareness.
After making the required tasks then you need to report it to bounty manager. After the report, they will give stakes depending on the rank and quality of task you have made. After repeating the same things every weak your stakes will be multiplied by X(determined by bounty manager) times and you will know how many tokens you gonna receive to your ETH address.
