They are not giving to all members because they have some so called criteria I also participated and as tokens distribution came near they send me email I am not eligible for this its just a scam ICO
The only criteria i know is that you have to pass kyc + whitelist. Also, you must make sure that the eth add is the same as you registered with the bounty.
Hundred other participants have their kyc passed and they had received their tokens.
I believe the kyc+whitelist lasted for a month or more, and from what i know, the dev team is also quick to approve/verify the kyc.
