I hope that this coin will not scam us and run away. The bounty manager is not active, and not entertaining our questions. We are giving time and effort to promote globcoin, at least we deserve to know why are there "blanks" in the spreadsheet. What does it stand for?

Blank means not allocated any stake. However, right now, i will recheck all the past 31 pages to ensure everything will be keyed in correctly. We definitely want to take in everyone.
