Globcoin has raised about 709 eth. Since 1 eth = 10,000 GCP, 2.5% of the ico sale = 17.7 eth worth of tokens = 177,000 GCP for Globcoin bounty campaign.
Token Allocations for the bounties are as follow:
Signature Campaign -> 106,200 GCP
Reddit/Facebook -> 7080 GCP each
Twitter/Translation/Content/Telegram -> 14160 GCP each[/size][/center]
Well I wanna ask you bounty manager. The ICO have earned 29,xxx,xxx GCP token and the bounty should have the 2.5% of the total that you earned right? But why only 2.5% from 7,xxx,xxx GCP token that you give to us?

Why you count only ETH raised? What about fiat payments? EUR, USD, CHF??? It was much more raised in total. So it´s not fair to share only ETH collections..

I will look into it. I am still working on the content and translation bounty as they are taking a lot of time of checking. I am literally searching for every paragraphs for each article.
Wow months of works being done only to receive a mere 100 GCP when 1 Eth = 10000 GCP? And why the team decided to give us rewards from the Eth they raised? They also raised fiat currency and private investors invested more than 2million USD. This is totally unfair to the whole bounty participants including bounty manager.

I have been in talk with the dev team for quite some time and I will try my best to explain.
As some of you may have known that Globcoin has been running for the 2nd time. For the first run, the minimum was not met and hence the smart contract had refunded all the eth and from what i understand it would happen to the private fund too.
However, to move forward, the team had worked hard to come out with new token metrics and structure. The private fund was the necessary fund meant for the development of the project. In return, the benefit to the bounty community is that the min cap will be lifted so that the bounty participants need not worry that the project will get cancelled if the min cap is not reached.
In addition, as I understand that the duration of the globcoin bounty will get extended, i have been trying my best to fight for the community. The team is happy to increase the bounty percentage from 1.8% to 2.5%, which is fair and slightly above the industry norm as a bounty percentage. The bounty is a percetnage of the tokens issued during the crowdsale, and that percentage was set in advance of the crowdsale and reflected in the whitepaper. From what i know, there has been no change in the terms since the crowdsale began.
